Father has Daughter Killed for Wearing Miniskirt

I would thank him for removing her from the gene pool if only he had removed himself along with her.

But then again, I have to wonder if that was a one time, "Hm, it's mildly warm today, I think I'll actually wear that miniskirt I got at the bargain bin" thing (in which case her dad is a douche) or a "I don't care if it's the middle of Winter, I'M WEARING A SKIRT" thing, in which her dad is still a douche but gets points for gene cleaning. However, since he has admitted by having her killed that his genes are faulty, he should have his right to reproduce chopped off revoked.
