Shizune is pretty steely, yeah. And I noticed she's at odds with every single other love interest in the game. Seriously. She bitches at Rin and Emi both upon running into them, has an EPIC BATTLE OF WILLS with Lily, and dislikes Hanako on principle of 'My enemy's friend is my enemy.'

Misha doesn't count since she's not a love interest. xD

Speaking of Misha! Her element is LAUGHTER earth, in my opinion. She seems earthy, at least. ...Laughter is a much better element though.

If Kenji is Captain Planet, I suppose Hisao's power is HEART, huh? Lame joke is lame.
